Isotank types

A configuration for every cargo

Bulk liquids, pressurized liquefied gases and cryogenic gases: each cargo calls for a different type of isotank. We source the model according to the product, pressure and temperature of your operation.

Standard isotank (T11 and T14)

Cylindrical steel tank mounted in a 20-foot ISO frame, stackable and suitable for road, rail and sea transport. It handles a wide range of bulk liquids, from common products to more demanding ones. It can be thermally insulated when the cargo needs temperature control. Volume, test pressure and certifications vary by model.

Suggested uses

Chemicals, including hazardous products and acids, depending on material compatibility
Edible oils, wines and spirits, in food-grade units
Oils, lubricants and solvents
Cargo that needs protection from temperature swings

With baffles

Isotank with internal baffles, vertical or horizontal, welded or bolted, that reduce liquid movement during braking and cornering. Recommended for cargo that travels partly filled, between 20% and 80% of capacity, and for operations that alternate products of different densities.

Standards and approvals

By model, as shown on each unit's plate and certificate: US-DOT, CFR 49, UK-DFT, IMDG, ADR/RID, TC, FRA, AAR 600, ISO 1496/3, CSC, TIR and UIC.

Liquefied gas (T50)

Isotank for liquefied gases and chemicals kept under pressure, for intermodal transport and on-site storage, according to the product and the regulations of each route.

24,600 liters at pressures of 22 bar and 27.5 bar
24,300 liters at a pressure of 34.4 bar

Standards and approvals

By model, as shown on each unit's plate and certificate: T50 UN Portable Tank (by special permit), TC Impact Approved, UIC, IMDG, RID/ADR, CSC, US-DOT, TIR, AAR 600, ISO, CFR 49 with DOT SP 14578 and ISO 1496/3.

Cryogenic (T75)

Double-wall isotank with vacuum insulation, for the intermodal transport of refrigerated liquefied gases, which need very low temperatures to stay liquid. The insulation keeps the cargo cold for long periods and reduces evaporation during the trip. Capacity and working pressure vary by model.

20 ft, for smaller volumes and greater handling flexibility

We work with new and used isotanks, for sale, rental and leasing. We guide the choice of equipment by product, pressure and operating temperature.

Which offshore tanks do you offer?

Tanks in capacities from 1,000 to 1,500 liters and 5,000 liters. The configuration is defined according to the project. Other capacities on request.

What types of offshore container are available?
